On July 7th 2012,Vietnam Laboratory Accreditation Scheme (VILAS) implemented to the extended assessment and decided to expand the scope of accreditation with 5 testing for Central Laboratory of Petrolimex Saigon. Up to now, Petrolimex Saigon has been accredited 59 tests in the petroleum field.

Futhermore, Leaders of Petrolimex Saigon commit to constantly improve the competence of testing and calibration laboratories management system in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025:2005 standard, to enhance the quality of testing petroleumsample serviceaims to satisfy the needs of the customer.
