
The training course on Customer Care and Customer Development Skills for gas station managers of Saigon Petroleum Branch has been organized at the Petrolimex Saigon Office - 15 Le Duan, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, during November 21-24, 2023. The event is organized by Saigon Petroleum Branch and Pacific Education and Trading Company Limited.

The training program comprises four main contents: Overview of Customer Service, Service Quality and Customer Care; Customer Service Skills; Customer Relationship Management, and Customer Development in the petroleum industry.
Through the program, participants are required to grasp the principles, processes, methods, tools, and techniques of professional and effective customer care, as well as the ability to formulate policies and implement activities to enhance service quality.
In addition, participants are encouraged to use teamwork skills to maximize interaction and mutual support. After the training course, participants will apply the new knowledge to improve their daily work habits, thereby increasing labor productivity and enhancing the company's reputation in the market.
