On March 1st, 2013 at the hall (410 Nguyen Dinh Chieu Street, Ward 4, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City). Responding to the 15th National Week of Occupational Safety and Hygiene – Fire & Explosion Prevention, 2013 and the 82nd founding anniversary of Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, Labour Union and Youth Unionof Retail Petroleum Enterprise held on the ceremonymobilizing for Safety – Hygiene – Environment month at retail petroleumstations directly under Retail Petroleum Enterprise from 1stto 31st March, 2013.
Present at the ceremony were the Standing Committee – Chief of Ho Chi Minh CityCommunist Youth Union Ho Thi Dan Thanh; the Secretary of Communist YouthUnion of Central Enterprises Bloc in Ho Chi Minh City Pham Kien Trung and the other members of Ho Chi Minh City Communist Youth Union office.
On the part of Petrolimex Saigon, there were Deputy President of Labour Union Nguyen Thi Hai An; Secretary of Youth Union Mai Tuan Anh; Deputy Manager of Safety and Environment Department Nguyen Huu Tin. Attending and giving instructions of mobilizing ceremony, there were Mr.Tran Quang Tho – Deputy Director and President of Labour Union Retail Petroleum Enterprise; members of Executive Board of Party Committee, Labour Union, Communist Youth Union; together with 45 Youth Union members typically represented 284 unionist of Enterprise.

Secretary of Retail Petroleum Enterprise Joint Youth Union Branch Truong Quang Dong deployed the mobilizing plans to unionists. They were the core forces to perform the contents of the program "Safety – Hygiene – Environment Month", such as: cleaning up station; setting in order sales area, yard, storage area, electric generator room; testing, maintaining and arranging the fire fighting equipmentsin accordance with regulations; participating in the work of safety in during process of putting petrol products in tanks… always ensuring stations “Green – Clean – Safety”.

Onthe behalf of unionists, Secretary of Youth Union Branch 6 Nguyen Xuan Thanh emphasized the meaningful of mobilizing movement, the necessity of “Month of Action forSafety – Hygiene – Environment”; along with the collective staffs, Youth Unionist promised the determination to maintain frequently the work of Safety –Higiene – Environment in accordance with the regulations and the 5S standard atthe Retail Petroleum Stations.

Speaking at the ceremony, Deputy President of Petrolimex Saigon Labour Union Nguyen Thi Hai An expressed to desire every unionist must be self – conscious and responsibilities for the work of occupational safety and hygiene, from awareness to action to perform the good safety work. Board of Executive Labour Union – Youth Union were the responsibilities and plans to mobilize the collective staffs to actively respond to take part in performing the work of Safety – Hygiene – Environment. This movement not only implemented in one month but also created into the daily routine for each employee.

Deputy Director and President Labour Union of Retail Petroleum Enterprise Tran Quang Tho mobilized and gave instructions: Month of Action for Safety – Hygiene –Environment was the focal point in the process of implementation of the units’ movement activities. With the characteristics of petroleum sector, safety was the first, was often, was the work of every day, of the work in shift, of everyperson participate in the process of production and business. In there, unionists were the core forces to perform in the best way, the job responsibilities must be higher, the spirit of determination through specific actions to ensure safety and hygiene at the stations and to implement in accordance with rules,regulations, 5S standards at sales area. Sales personnel for customers must be civilised, courteous, thoughtful and complete 5 steps in saldes. To assign for Board of Executive Labour Union and Joint Youth Union Branch perform to grade to choose teams and individuals to get typical achievements to reward on the occasion March 26th 2013.
