
On October 9, 2025, Petrolimex Saigon Co., Ltd. held a conference to review its business performance for the first nine months of 2025 and to set out key tasks for the fourth quarter. This was the first review meeting organized after the merger of Petrolimex Vung Tau Branch and Petrolimex Binh Duog Branch into Petrolimex Saigon. Mr. Vo Van Tan, Chairman of the Company, presided over the conference.


The conference was attended by the General Director, the Board of Directors, heads of departments and centers, as well as leaders and division heads of Nha Be Oil Terminal and Petrolimex Kien Giang. Petrolimex Vung Tau and Petrolimex Binh Duong Branches joined the meeting online.

Sharing the positive news at the meeting, Chairman Vo Van Tan stated that during the first nine months of 2025, Petrolimex Saigon accomplished many important milestones, including: Successfully organizing the Ceremony to Receive the First-Class Labor Order and the Celebration of the 50th Anniversary of the Company’s Establishment; Completing the merger of Saigon Petroleum Branch, Bà Rịa–Vung Tau Petroleum Company, and Sông Bé Petroleum Company into Petrolimex Saigon; Successfully holding the 15th Party Congress of the Company and actively participating in other significant events of Petrolimex Group.


In terms of business and production operations, the Company ensured absolute safety across all activities; maintained sufficient petroleum supply for the market and Petrolimex’s distribution system in Southern Vietnam; began trading E10 RON 95-III biofuel and Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) in August 2025; inaugurated Petrol Station No. 85; and fulfilled the Group’s assigned targets: Total throughput at terminals reached nearly 4.9 million m³–tons (estimated at 81% of the annual target and 105% compared to the same period last year); Petroleum sales volume was estimated at 72% of the annual target and 115% compared to the same period last year, with direct wholesale sales reaching 307% year-on-year; Other business segments also met or exceeded their planned targets; The Company contributed VND 1,544 billion to the State budget, equivalent to 74% of the annual plan and 109% compared with the same period of 2024.

During the first nine months of 2025, Petrolimex Kien Giang Co., Ltd. sold more than 100,000 m³–tons, reaching 96% of the plan and 143% compared to the same period last year.
Before their merger, Vung Tau Branch and Binh Duong Branch both successfully fulfilled their assigned plans.


The fourth quarter of 2025 is expected to present favorable conditions for expanding the retail station network and customer base, as the Company’s business territory has been enlarged following the merger of the two branches (Vung Tau and Binh Duong). However, the synchronization of management systems, particularly regarding software platforms and operational applications, must be accelerated to ensure smooth integration and coordination across departments after the merger.
Emphasizing that Quarter IV marks the peak operational period of the year, General Director Pham Anh Tuan requested all departments to: Focus on ensuring stable petroleum supply and warehouse operations; Maintain the availability of all petroleum products for the entire Petrolimex system in Southern Vietnam; Closely follow the sales targets set by the Group and the Company, making timely adjustments in line with actual market conditions; Strengthen nationwide sales activities and promote cashless payment applications; Maintain absolute safety and security across all production and business activities; Strive to fully accomplish the 2025 business plan.
In his concluding remarks, Chairman Vo Van Tan emphasized that all departments and business units must regard Quarter IV/2025 as the decisive period to complete the annual plan, ensuring operational efficiency, safety, stability, and sustainable growth.
