Ho Chi Minh City, October 18th 2012. At Petrolimex Saigon, Vietnam National Petroleum Group organized Conference on the new trading mechanism of petroleum development. Deputy Director General of Petrolimex Group presided over the conference.
Attending the conference were the representative managers of Petrolimex Group departments; leaders of Petrolimex member companies in the Southern region: Region II, Tay Nam Bo, Ba Ria Vung Tau, Dong Thap, Long An, Tien Giang, Ben Tre, Vinh Long, Tra Vinh, Ca Mau, Song Be, An Giang, Tay Ninh, Dong Nai, Phu Khanh, Nam Tay Nguyen and Petrolimex Kien Giang.

Petroleum is the essential goods controlled and managed by the State, implement policies to stabilize prices. The amendment and re-enactment of petroleum trading mechanism is applied within Petrolimex to attain aims: to fit the transformation of organizational paradigm from “Corporation” to “Group”; to reorganize the process of executive business from the creation of source to the end of the process of circulation; at the same time, to ensure compliance with “market mechanism under the management of the State” in the field of petroleum trading.
