Petrolimex Binh Duong Branch Exceeds 2025 Business Production Plan

On January 5, 2026, Petrolimex Binh Duong Branch, directly under Petrolimex Saigon One Member Limited Liability Company, organized the 2025 Year-End Review Conference and the 2026 Employees’ Conference, with the participation and direction of the Company’s leadership and more than 50 delegates representing the collective of officials, employees, and workers of the Branch.

Attending and directing the Conference on behalf of Petrolimex Saigon were Mr. Pham Anh Tuan – Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of the Company; Mr. Tran Dinh Tuyet – Deputy Director and Chairman of the Trade Union; Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hai – Deputy Director; together with leaders of the Company’s departments/divisions and leaders of Nha Be Petroleum Terminal.

On behalf of Petrolimex Binh Duong Branch, attendees included Mr. Trinh Dinh Tuan – Deputy Secretary of the Branch Party Committee, Deputy Director of Petrolimex Saigon, and Director of Petrolimex Binh Duong Branch; Mr. Nguyen Van The – Deputy Director and Chairman of the Branch Trade Union; along with members of the Board of Management, department leaders, station managers, and representatives of employees from stations under the Branch.

In 2025, amid the continued strong impact of global and domestic petroleum market instability caused by geopolitical tensions, fuel price fluctuations, and energy transition trends, Petrolimex Binh Duong Branch maintained stable business operations, ensured continuous and safe petroleum supply to the market, and exceeded many key targets assigned by the Group and the Company.

Proactive Management – Maintaining Market Share

Closely following the operational orientation of Vietnam National Petroleum Group and Petrolimex Saigon, the Branch proactively implemented flexible management solutions, strengthened forecasting activities, organized supply sources effectively, and intensified marketing, customer care, and retail network development.

Total petroleum output in 2025 reached 103% of the plan and 111% compared to the same period last year, of which:

  • Direct wholesale sales exceeded the plan by 8% and increased by 17% year-on-year due to the development of many new customers;
  • Direct retail sales achieved 106% of the plan and increased by 14% year-on-year, standing out as a key highlight of the year;
  • Franchise merchants remained stable, with the addition of one new franchise merchant;

During the year, the Branch put Petrolimex – Station No. 224 into operation, contributing to network expansion and increased retail sales volume along the key DT741 traffic axis.

Revenue Growth – State Budget Contributions Exceed Plan

Total revenue in 2025 reached 122% of the plan and 103% compared to the same period last year, including:

  • Petroleum business revenue reached 121% of the plan;
  • Revenue from other business activities and services recorded positive growth;
  • Insurance revenue completed 120% of the plan;

Profit before tax and contributions to the State budget reached 110% of the plan and increased by 5% year-on-year.

Other Goods and Services Business Continues to Flourish

Lubricants business recorded outstanding results, with output reaching 120% of the plan and increasing by 30% compared to the same period. Notably, the direct oil-change model at stations continued to demonstrate effectiveness and became a sustainable growth channel.

PJICO insurance revenue maintained stable growth thanks to effective customer care and after-sales coordination.

Ensuring Safety, Environmental Protection, and Infrastructure Investment

In 2025, the Branch recorded no incidents related to fire prevention and fighting, environmental protection, or security and order. Measurement control and petroleum quality management were strictly implemented, with 100% of inspected samples meeting regulatory standards.

Total infrastructure investment value in 2025 met the plan, focusing on station renovation, equipment upgrades, brand identity systems, and information technology infrastructure, thereby enhancing corporate image and service quality.

Towards 2026: Stability – Efficiency – Sustainable Development

Based on the achievements in 2025, Petrolimex Binh Duong Branch sets its 2026 objectives to maintain stable business operations, ensure absolute safety, enhance operational efficiency, expand the retail network, accelerate digital transformation, and flexibly adapt to energy transition trends. The continuous efforts of the Branch’s officials and employees have contributed to upholding the Petrolimex brand reputation and effectively serving the needs of residents and businesses in the area.

In his concluding guidance at the Review Conference, Mr. Pham Anh Tuan – Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Company Director – emphasized that in 2026, the Branch must further accelerate digital transformation and improve management and operational efficiency in line with the Group’s and Company’s orientations. At the same time, the Branch is required to proactively prepare conditions for E10 gasoline business deployment, moving towards green and sustainable energy development. The Company commits to accompanying and creating all favorable conditions for the Branch to expand business activities and achieve stable and effective growth.

Employees’ Conference – Democracy – Responsibility – Efficiency

Based on the draft contents of the Collective Labor Agreement for the 2026–2028 period, the collective of officials, employees, and workers of the Company expressed strong consensus and agreement with the established regulations. The Agreement ensures a harmonious balance between the legitimate rights and interests of employees and the enterprise, while demonstrating the Company’s practical care for employees’ livelihoods, jobs, and income. The Conference also elected the Branch People’s Inspection Committee for the 2026–2028 term and selected the delegation to attend the Company’s Employees’ Conference, contributing to the promotion of democracy, enhanced dialogue, and the building of stable, progressive, and sustainable labor relations.
