
On January 6, 2026, Nha Be Petroleum Terminal, directly under Petrolimex Saigon One Member Limited Liability Company, organized the Conference to Review Party Affairs and Production and Business Operations in 2025, together with the 2026 Employees’ Conference. The Conference marked a year of determined efforts in overcoming difficulties, achieving many outstanding results, especially the record-breaking throughput volume of 6.5 million m³/tons, laying a solid foundation for the Terminal to enter 2026 with renewed determination and momentum.

Attending and directing the Conference were Mr. Vo Van Tan – Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Petrolimex Saigon; Mr. Pham Anh Tuan – Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of Petrolimex Saigon; Mr. Tran Dinh Tuyet – Deputy Director and Chairman of the Trade Union of Petrolimex Saigon, together with representatives of the Board of Directors, leaders of departments/divisions/centers, and leaders of Petrolimex Vung Tau Branch and Petrolimex Binh Duong Branch under the Company.
On the side of Nha Be Petroleum Terminal participants included Mr. Bui Cong Minh – Secretary of the Party Committee and Director; Mr. Le Huu Huong – Deputy Director and Chairman of the Trade Union; members of the Board of Directors, leaders of professional departments, production teams, and nearly 100 exemplary employees representing more than 380 officials, employees, and workers of the entire Terminal.
Overcoming Challenges and Successfully Accomplishing 2025 Tasks
In 2025, amid complex developments in the global economic and political landscape, unpredictable oil prices, domestic efforts to streamline organizational structures and change management models, and the implementation of new requirements such as separate storage of consignment goods and Petrolimex-owned goods, biofuel E10 business, and sustainable aviation fuel (SAF), the production and business operations of Nha Be Petroleum Terminal faced significant pressures and challenges.
Under the close attention, leadership, and direction of the Company’s Party Committee and Board of Directors, the Terminal’s Party Committee played its core leadership role, fostering unity and consensus to lead the unit in comprehensively fulfilling all assigned tasks.
Party-building activities continued to receive strong focus; ideological work, communication, and political education were implemented effectively. The Terminal’s Party Committee was rated as having excellently completed its tasks; 100% of Party cells and Party members were assessed as having fulfilled their duties well or better. The Party Cell Congresses and the 17th Congress of the Nha Be Petroleum Terminal Party Committee for the 2025–2030 term were successfully organized in full compliance with regulations.

Impressive Production and Business Results – A Historic Record
In 2025, Nha Be Petroleum Terminal ensured absolute safety across all operational aspects and maintained stable and efficient operations. Total inbound and outbound volumes reached 111.03% and 109.15% of the annual plan, respectively; outbound volume increased by 3.01% compared to the same period in 2024.
Notably, 2025 marked a historic milestone with outbound throughput reaching a record 6.5 million m³/tons, affirming the Terminal’s role as a key hub terminal of the Company and the Group. Actual loss rates were lower than the assigned norms; total revenue reached 106% of the plan, of which self-operated service revenue achieved 127.2% of the plan, increasing by 9% year-on-year.
Investment in capital construction and digital transformation continued to be implemented in a synchronized manner; employment, income, and benefits for employees were ensured, with average income increasing compared to 2024. Activities commemorating the 50th anniversary of the Terminal were organized in a solemn and meaningful manner; social welfare activities in the local area continued to receive attention and implementation.

Employees’ Conference – Promoting Democracy and Consensus
The Conference approved the Draft Collective Labor Agreement for the 2026–2028 period, elected the People’s Inspection Committee of the Terminal for the 2026–2028 term, and elected the delegation to attend the Company’s Employees’ Conference.
On this occasion, the Company’s Party Committee awarded commendations to 30 Party members who excellently fulfilled their duties in 2025, duly recognizing their outstanding efforts, sense of responsibility, and exemplary dedication, thereby fostering motivation and emulation throughout the entire Party Committee.

Orientation for Key Tasks in 2026
In his guiding remarks at the Party Affairs Review Conference and Employees’ Conference, Mr. Vo Van Tan – Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Petrolimex Saigon – acknowledged and commended the positive and outstanding achievements that all officials, Party members, and employees of Nha Be Petroleum Terminal had strived to accomplish over the past year, especially the achievement of the highest outbound throughput volume in the Terminal’s history amid numerous changes and uncertainties.
Regarding Party work, the Company’s Party Committee Secretary emphasized that in the coming period, the Terminal’s Party Committee should continue to enhance leadership capacity and the fighting strength of Party organizations; closely integrate Party-building work with production and business tasks; pay special attention to innovating communication methods so that each Party member and employee fully understands and thoroughly grasps the documents and resolutions of the 14th National Party Congress, in connection with extensive political activities relating to the 14th Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam; improve the quality and methods of thematic meetings; focus on exemplary leadership, especially the role of key leaders. Build a clean, strong, and exemplary Terminal Party Committee by enhancing the capacity and fighting strength of grassroots Party organizations and improving the quality of cadres and Party members.
Entering 2026, the Company Chairman requested that the Terminal focus on effectively implementing key tasks: ensuring absolute safety in all aspects of production and business operations; ensuring supply sources and effectively deploying biofuel E10 business, with emphasis on technology systems and storage tanks to ensure petroleum quality and strict quantity management; accelerating capital construction investment and digital transformation; effectively managing costs and receivables; consolidating organizational structures; arranging labor appropriately and improving human resource quality; maintaining and developing service activities. At the same time, the Terminal should organize practical and vibrant emulation movements and take good care of the material and spiritual life of employees.

The Conference concluded in an atmosphere of unity, consensus, and high determination, creating a strong premise for Nha Be Petroleum Terminal to continue striving to successfully accomplish all production and business targets in 2026 and the years ahead.
