Nha Be Petroleum Terminal achieves impressive results in the first nine months of 2025

Ho Chi Minh City, October 14, 2025 – Nha Be Petroleum Terminal, a subsidiary of Petrolimex Sai Gon One Member Limited Liability Company, successfully organized a conference to review its business performance for the first nine months of 2025 and to outline key tasks for the fourth quarter.

The conference was chaired by Mr. Bui Cong Minh, Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of Nha Be Terminal, with the participation of the Executive Committee of the Party Committee, the Board of Directors, the Standing Committee of the Trade Union, heads and deputy heads of professional departments, leaders of production teams, and the Secretary of the Youth Union Branch.

Outstanding Results in the First Nine Months of 2025

Despite facing multiple challenges — including global political and macroeconomic fluctuations, new regulatory frameworks from local authorities, and organizational restructuring within the Vietnam National Petroleum Group (Petrolimex) — thanks to the close direction of Petrolimex Sai Gon’s leadership, the decisive management of Nha Be Terminal’s Board of Directors, and the unity and sense of responsibility of more than 380 employees, Nha Be Petroleum Terminal has excelled in fulfilling its assigned goals and achieved remarkable results, notably:

  • Ensured absolute safety across all aspects of business operations;
  • Import and export volumes reached 84.7% and 81.5% of the 2025 plan, respectively, representing growth of 4.5% and 4.6% compared with the same period in 2024;
  • Revenue from self-operated service activities achieved 99.8% of the annual plan;
  • Operating costs through the terminal remained below the levels assigned by the Group and Company;
  • Investment and infrastructure projects were implemented on schedule, while digital transformation efforts were strengthened to ensure seamless network operations supporting all activities;
  • Product quantity and quality were well controlled, with loss rates lower than prescribed norms;
  • A series of activities marking the 50th Anniversary of Nha Be Petroleum Terminal (1975–2025) were successfully organized;
  • Employee welfare was maintained with stable jobs and incomes — over 98% of staff participated in recreational and vacation programs;
  • Successfully held the 17th Party Cell and Sub-Party Congresses for the 2025–2030 term.
Director’s Address and Conference Conclusions

In his closing remarks, Director Bui Cong Minh emphasized that the last three months of the year are decisive for achieving the 2025 plan. He called on all leaders, departments, and production teams to continue promoting responsibility, initiative, creativity, and solidarity to complete all assigned targets with the highest safety and efficiency.

He also outlined several key tasks for the fourth quarter of 2025, including:

  1. Maintaining absolute safety across all areas of operation;
  2. Strengthening inspection and supervision of compliance with operational procedures and regulations;
  3. Ensuring stable fuel supply and tight management of product quantity and quality;
  4. Accelerating investment and maintenance projects to support smooth business operations;
  5. Managing costs effectively to ensure terminal expenses remain within plan limits, while preparing the 2026 cost plan;
  6. Reviewing, updating, and reissuing internal regulations and procedures to match current realities;
  7. Promoting technological applications and technical innovations to enhance productivity and reduce labor costs;
  8. Fulfilling the company’s social responsibility and ensuring the well-being of employees in both material and spiritual aspects.

Building on the solid achievements of the first nine months and the collective spirit of “Solidarity – Discipline – Innovation – Efficiency”, the entire staff of Nha Be Petroleum Terminal is determined to exceed the 2025 plan, reaffirming its role as a strategic petroleum hub of Petrolimex Sai Gon and the southern region.
