Ho Chi Minh City, during three days (23÷25/07/2013). To enhance the effectiveness of lubricant business in Ho Chi Minh City, Retail Petroleum Enterprise - Petrolimex Saigon (RPE) and Petrolimex Petrochemical Corporation (PLC) organized two training classes in lubricant business for more than 140 staffs at Conference Room (Floor 1) – Petrolimex Saigon Office (15 Le Duan Street, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City).

Attending and opening this class, there were Mr. Duong Van Phi - Director of Retail Petroleum Enterprise, Mr. Lại Quang Ngữ- Deputy Director of Retail Petroleum Enterprise, Mr. Le Quang Tuan - Deputy Director General of Petrolimex Petrochemical Corporation, Mr. Nguyen Quang Tuan - Director of PLC SaiGon; with managers of PLC, RPE and PLC Saigon’s Departments.
Speaking to open the class, RPE Deputy Director Mr. Lại Quang Ngữ specified the meaning and the role of lubricant business, the increase of selling lubricant productions on retail and agency channels; awaking to the class about study spirit; acquiring useful knowledge and using them in reality in order to achieve the best results.

PLC Deputy Director General Le Quang Tuan introduced about PLC’s production and business activities; processes of producing Petrolimex lubricant technology; commercial techniques; some problems about lubricant origin; the necessary of greasing substance for machines, vehicles and motors; features and preeminence of Petrolimex lubricants. Experts of PLC exchanged on skills, sharing experiences about sales techniques, spreading product proliferation and developing the market; … to trainees.
At Nha Be Lubricant Blending Plant, trainees with the guide of PLC Director General Mr. Nguyen Van Duc together with Nha Be Lubricant Blending Plant Director Mr. Tran Cao Son were showed around the plant and introduced all of activity processes from importing original lubricants, producing lubricants, controlling product quality of the Laboratory VILAS 022, packing line and exporting.

The Lubricant Blending Plant of PLC has capacities in making up Petrolimex lubricants with the best quality; Total Lubmarine marine lubricants; lubricants for companies which produce cars or motorbikes in Vietnam (Honda, Yamaha, Suzuki, Kobuta) through the making up contract signed with JX-NIPPON OIL Japan Group.
Closing the class, both leaders of PLC and RPE concluded that the classes were organized timely, useful and achieved good success. Through these training classes, trainees understood knowledge, features, technical standards in order to apply for the effectiveness of Petrolimex lubricant business, meeting social requirements and consumers.
This is also specific objective of RPE and PLC in effort to make policies of leaders’ Vietnam National Petroleum Group become reality such as promoting system, developing business in commodities and services of Petrolimex with guideline “Vietnamese people prioritize using made-in-Vietnam goods” by taking effect is center in order to “Taking you further”.
