Nha Be Petroleum Terminal welcomes the Lunar New Year of Bính Ngọ 2026 in a vibrant and proud atmosphere after a year of persistent effort, overcoming numerous challenges to excellently fulfill its assigned missions.

Building on 50 years of development, the Terminal continues to reaffirm its vital role as a major hub for receiving, storing, and supplying petroleum products to the southern region—thus contributing to national energy security and ensuring uninterrupted fuel supply at all times, especially during the peak demand of the Lunar New Year holiday.
Strong Internal Capacity – Breakthrough in Operations and Scheduling
The year 2025 marked significant achievements. Fuel throughput met and exceeded targets, setting a new record of more than 6.5 million m³/tons per year. Import procedures were streamlined, reducing vessel turnaround time, while product loss rates remained tightly controlled at low levels. Receiving and distribution capacity was continuously strengthened through synchronized investments in tank infrastructure, jetties, equipment, and technology applications in operations management.
From late 2025 through early 2026, the Terminal proactively built early supply plans, implemented flexible scheduling, and enhanced 24/7 shift operations to meet market demand during the Tet holiday. Continuous vessel arrivals at the port and the steady flow of tanker trucks entering and exiting the facility underscored the stability, safety, and efficiency of the entire operating system.
Security and Safety – A Continuous Mandate

Parallel to business operations, ensuring security, safety, firefighting, and rescue readiness remains the top priority. The in-house Security & Firefighting Force maintains the highest state of readiness, coordinating closely with local authorities and specialized agencies—including Ho Chi Minh City Police—to conduct regular patrols, inspections, and emergency response drills.
During the sacred moment of New Year’s Eve, when many families gather for reunion, the Terminal remains illuminated for continuous import and export operations. The image of operators working by the storage tanks, technicians checking parameters, and security forces patrolling through the night reflects the discipline, responsibility, and pride of Petrolimex employees.

The timely encouragement from the Company’s leadership—on February 13, 2026 (the 26th day of the Lunar month), Petrolimex Saigon Director Phạm Anh Tuấn personally conducted a site inspection, reviewed supply assurance efforts, and extended New Year greetings to employees on duty—provided strong motivation for staff to remain confident and committed during the peak period.
Sustainable Development – Towards a Green Future
Entering a new phase of development, the Terminal remains committed to green, safe, and sustainable growth. It actively implements environmental protection measures, emission control, and energy efficiency improvements. Ensuring infrastructure readiness for environmentally friendly fuels—such as E10 bio-gasoline and Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF)—demonstrates its alignment with the national energy transition strategy.
Fifty springs represent fifty years of dedication and responsibility. Beyond fulfilling business tasks, the Terminal continues contributing to social welfare activities, caring for employees’ well-being, and fostering a cohesive, humane, and disciplined working environment.

The Bính Ngọ Spring of 2026 opens a new journey filled with confidence and aspiration. The leadership and entire workforce of Nha Be Petroleum Terminal remain united in sustaining the continuous flow of energy—contributing practically to the development of Vietnam National Petroleum Group (Petrolimex), Petrolimex Saigon, and the prosperity of the nation.
